I just want to take time out of my day to appreciate the staff here. Today I experienced something that really showed how hard they work and how well they handle difficult situations. I took my kids for for some icecream after their soccer game as reward for them and as we were getting our icecream, I noticed the staff doing some mopping. As the team was cleaning, I saw them dealing with a customer who wasn’t being very considerate, including deliberately telling her kids to run around on a freshly mopped floor! Obviously caring about the kids safety, the employees asked the lady to please look out for her kids or move to a dry floor section to finish their treats. It’s not easy, especially for such a young staff, to deal with disrespectful older people who should be mature in situations like that, but they did a great job. I really praise the way they handled everything. I definitely want more workers like these around costumers!!!

My first time going arrived at 9:15pm and they were already putting up chairs sweeping and mopping. They were so busy and did not care that people were being inconvenienced. They closed the bathroom off already. The hours on the door said open until 10pm. We had no place to sit and eat. Our kids had stepped in the mopped area and the employee rudely confronted us and asked for them to not because they could fall. Another customer had come in and walked across the whole mopped area as well and one employee said oh my god to another employee. Our children were walking to the trash can to throw away the trash not playing tag. The employee was very rude and argued with us for five minutes. I get it they want to leave at a decent time but the customer experience should matter. The stores hours that are on your door should matter. If you don’t want customers using the bathroom or sitting to eat the expensive yogurt they just bought then close the store when you would like to close and change the hours to those.

This is genuinely the cleanest and most sanitary frozen yogurt shop I've ever been to. The employee was brushing away crumbs and doing a beautiful job at keeping the toppings clean/seperate. I am actually impressed as they went above and beyond with the cleaning. would recommend if in the area :)

My experience here was a huge letdown. We arrived here around 9pm, the employees were already cleaning up when the place didn't close till around 10pm. The entire inside smelt like the restrooms. Heavy bleach and cleaners. Made it irritating to enjoy my fro-yo. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, the employees were making it clear they wanted us to hurry up with mopping the floors and putting up the chairs. I felt rushed to finish my yogurt so they can close the doors.

The two young ladies working tonight are truly amazing. The store was clean and the staff were very helpful. They deserve more than 5 stars.

It’s a nice little frozen yogurt shop. Ingredients are fresh especially first thing when they open which is the best time to come. It’s pretty empty and chill inside! The flavors aren’t bad but can be limiting and some machines have no flavors to offer at times. Price-wise, it’s a little pricey to me. For two cups that aren’t completely full, it’s normally around $12-$15. You have to ask them to enter your rewards account when paying or they won’t do it so you gain points and money off towards future purchases. Paying is always entertaining when it asks for a tip when their employees don’t assist you in any way minus ringing you up. Sometimes there’s not an employee to be found when you walk in, nor do they say hello, and then they disappear again after ringing you up, and no one’s there when you leave. I think they lose their audience when it comes to lack of flavors, pricing, and competing against companies like Andy’s Frozen Custard that offer more options and taste better. However, for what it is, it’s not bad.
